The breakfast was very good buffet, plenty available and fresh and tasty, gave us a good start to the day.
The location is ideal, with parking which is essential when you want to walk the trails.
Great eating places in close location too.
Some facilities were not available, perhaps due to the season.
No cooking facilities available in the room, however a kettle, fridge and microwave are available in the open area.
The outside courtyard is lovely to sit and enjoy.

* the room itself was nice. Good beds. Good shower. Clean.

* the airconditioning did not work. Owner said aircon was not needed because it gets cold outside during the night. But our room remained too hot. And it wasn’t even summer season…
* the area has a lot of bugs and musquito’s. Owner is taking the right action. With musquito spray and light that attract and kill them. However, you don’t want to open the windows because of this. (Another reason why we wanted to use the aircon)
* wifi was non existing in the room. I can’t even call it poor. There was simply no signal at all.
* we choose optional breakfast for 8 euro per person, which was a huge disappointment. Almost nothing was covered, so little bugs walked over the bread, and meat. Nothing was refilled, but luckily I barely had any apetite after what we saw.
* owner did not show much spark / passion for the work. He was a kind guy, letting us in and guiding us to our room. But other than that there was no social interaction or feedback question about the stay at all.
