A very kind lady greeted me on arrival and was very much interested in my comfort, she even brought me a hot drink to my room!

Don't let the name fool you, it's a motel. So, the main reason you get a room is to sleep. The bed was huge and comfortable. Just what was needed after a long drive with 2 children. Also the staff was very friendly
It looked very sketchy from the outside, and inside. High season and only 4 rooms were booked. Quite a hefty price for the rooms and breakfast. The breakfast was especially below standards. Got lucky that we were early at breakfast, otherwise we wouldn't have any croissants like the couples that came after us at breakfast.
Also the noise coming from the old airconditioning systems in the rooms was not very nice to sleep with.

The room was spotless, clean, and bright. The shower was excellent, clean, powerful, and perfect temperature. The bed was very comfortable, it was quiet and I slept very well.
The manager was very helpful. The hotel didn't look much from the outside, but exceeded expectations, and I will definitely book again if in the area.
I was driving en route to the Alps. Montargis looked like a lovely city, and I wished I had more time to spend there.
Nothing, it was very good value.

Location was great for our trip, room was clean and comfortable.
No restaurant for evening meals on weekends sadly a theme on other hotels we stayed at across France & Spain. No lights in car park. No hooks in room to hang coats etc.
