Gite spacieux, très bien équipé à la situation géographique incroyable (bord de Rance, face au port). Très agréable de se promener sur le port et le long de la Rance sur le chemin de halage. Vieux Dinan accessible à pied par une rue très pentue mais très jolie! Beaucoup de restaurants et bars sur le port. Boulangerie à 100m, pratique pour le petit dej :)
Accès au parking compliqué car ruelle d'accès très étroite (attention aux gros véhicules). Literie probablement d'excellente qualité il y a quelques années mais le matelas commence à creuser et les oreillers sont très volumineux. Prix assez élevé pour 1 séjour de 2 nuits fin octobre. Gite rez de chaussée effectivement accessible en fauteuil mais renseignez vous sur la salle de bain en fonction de votre handicap car la douche et les toilettes ne me semblent pas accessibles à tous. Soyez prêts à l'heure pour le départ car la dame du ménage frappe à 9h50 pour 1 départ à 10h!

The property was in a great location by the river.
It was comfortable and well equipped to eat in if needed to and we did take advantage of eating in
But also great restaurants next to and over the other side of the river. There was a nice garden to sit out at the rear and also as we were on the ground floor had doors opening onto the river which we took advantage of sitting out watching the world go by and enjoying the evening sun.
Our host Julien was very helpful and responsive.

Everything was great but unfortunately can’t see anywhere to book it for next year.

Location convenient but rather prone to noise from outside.
Ventilation poor with shutters down to keep light out - Essential to take fans in warm weather.
