I like the location. the first reception staff helped me with check-in process, and took care of my baggages while i'm away and waiting for my time to check-in

the room and everything in it is old, no window, and cleanliness is questionable. they provided a dipper that looks like i hasn't been clean for ages. the 2nd receptionist on duty, was unfriendly and always not on her desk the 4 times I went there

Cheap and comfy

It is relatively near the place of convention, walking distance to Robinson's mall as well.

No option to include breakfast. Breakfast is separate, you can order though.

Good budget hotel for short stay

It was few meters to robinson’s place. They have 5G coverage where I stayed

The elevator was not available when we checked out and no one helped with our luggage. No kettle available in the room and the fridge was not working

Exceptional

The staff are super friendly and accommodating. The room and entire Dormitel are extremely clean. I did not even see an ant or any other bug the entire 7 days I was there. The AC was so cold I had to turn it on low. It was 1 block from the Robinsons Mall and multiple food options. If I return to Iloilo City I will stay there again.

The shower pressure in my room was not very good but I was still able to shower just fine. Just took a bit longer than normal to shower.

Superb

As someone who is currently in WFH setup, I'm always keen to check the reviews regarding the internet connection and One Lourdes Dormitel didn't fail me on this aspect. T'was best but of course the speed will still rely on number of users on the floor. Location wise, you can walk to Robinsons Iloilo. Good thing, I was able to claim a spot since I only booked the room a few days due to cancelled booking from another hotel. And I was also on my ACE task at the clinic, a few meters away. The staff was also considerate to let me nap in their lobby since I arrived earlier before the check-in time.

Tv connection but I guess I wasn't really into it since I was focused on my work.

Good hotel service and Value for money

The staff are very accommodating and the place is clean they provide water and there is mini fridge good thing can stock food and the place is very near to Robinson mall and there is 7/11 nearby very accessible place can highly recommended.

Very good

Small, clean rooms with very comfortable beds and a fridge in the centre of the city.Great reception, 24 hour security at the front gate and there was an all important lift.There are plenty of food stops and shops on the main street.The ferry terminal and bus station was a 10 minute rickshaw journey away in opposite directions.The superb walk around the harbour is reason enough to visit this city.

I had real issues with the wifi - no luck.
