nice room and the view was pretty good from the balcony, decent location approx 2km from ooty bus stand.

Location was nice to access city. Car parking facilities are good. Staffs are good. Breakfast are moderate taste and quality.
Room has some fitting problem of bathroom doors which creates noise while open/close. Terrace area needs to be cleaned( dumped scraps and liquor bottles) so that family members can come and enjoy viewing the scene of mountains from terrace area.

Location is good.
Bed spreads were stained. When asked them to change, they were giving excuses and also the staff who came to change the bed spread brough his phone to watch live cricket and was focusing on that than changing the bed sheets. Some towels were not clean. Toilet seat was old and the shower knob was broken.
