Easy self check-in with very clear instructions. The room was very spacious, comfortable and well equipped, including the small kitchen area, which made it feel almost like home. The bed was comfortable and the location was very convenient, only about 10 minutes from the city centre by car and around 40 minutes on foot. Parking was included, although the parking area was a little hidden and quite small. Overall, good value for money.
The breakfast could be improved, for example by adding some eggs and vegetables. Unfortunately, the ham and cheese did not seem very fresh and had already developed a dry crust. The coffee also did not taste good. There were not enough plates set out on the tables. The room was quiet during the night, but between 5 and 6 a.m. we could clearly hear heavy footsteps from people walking in the hallway.

Pets are allowed, good matress.
It had been dirty here and there, there was a fridge, but it was not possible to open the small freezer inside. Guests are asked to wash dishes themselves and take away the garbage. Breakfast had been very modest.
