Charming & Cozy Atmosphere: The boutique hotel has a quaint, intimate feel with tasteful decor.
Impeccable Cleanliness: The rooms and common areas were spotless and well-maintained.
Friendly Staff: Theresa and her Husband were warm and helpful, and the housekeeper (with her pretty smile) kept everything tidy.
Limited Amenities: As a small boutique hotel, it doesn’t offer extras like a pool or on-site restaurant.
Room Size: Some might find the rooms a bit compact, though they were well-organized.
Neighborhood Perception: Some may find the immediate area less polished, but I found locals to be friendly during the day. At night, I preferred taking Ubers for convenience and comfort.

The owners were very friendly. We had an air conditioner issue, but the owners immediately gave us a new room. They were very attentive and they gave us all the information we need for some tours.

It's fine for the money you pay, but I would recommend to arrive and go out by car/uber/taxi always

Clean and comfortable. Value is suboptimal considering location (questionable area of the city), and the lack of flexibility from owners/managers (I requested shortening my stay because my girlfriend did not feel safe coming to visit, but no budging).
Explain above. Some flexibility from manager/owners would have been nice
