Charming owner, Fabrizio gave us lots of info on the historic home and town. His recommendations for things to see and places to eat were excellent. Home was clean, comfortable. Breakfast was plentiful. Great location if you have a car (parking on site)
Not a problem for us at all, but there are stairs that might be difficult for those with mobility issues.

Ez egy gyönyörű, több száz éves villa, mintha egy múzeumban lennél. Fabrizio elmesélte a ház történetét. Remek vendéglátó volt, mindenben segített és a kedvünkbe járt. Ez egy rendkívüli szálláshely, egy gyöngyszem, de tudd, hogy nem egy modern hotel légkondival, hanem maga a történelem a ház minden szeglete. Ennek lehetsz része, ha ezt a szállást választod.
Nagyon meleg volt éjjel, nehezen szellőzött át és hűlt le a szoba.

Historical, authentical villa with an excellent location: you feel like you're at the italian countryside, but at the same time it's just 5-10 minutes walk to the old town of Spello. Great supermarket also about 2 minutes by foot!
Fabrizio is a wonderful, exceptionally dedicated host - truly one of a kind. He was always ready to help and gave us the best tips for exploring Spello. He even drove us to the railway station (both ways!). I highly recommend this place!

The property was close to the old town and the host was exceptionally hospitable and gave great advise on restaurants to visit and sites to see. Highly recommend staying there !!
