1. Our room was great- spacious, clean, nice furniture, had all amenities like fridge, kettle, hair dryer, iron etc., nice balcony with chairs and table and a great view of the garden, pool and lake.
2. Staff was courteous and service was good and fast.
3. Food was very good.
4. They prepared special khichdi for our 8- month old baby as per our requirements and did not charge for it, which was a very nice gesture.
5. They had a high chair for baby's dining and small tyres for babies to go into the pool (which had a kiddie pool too).
1. Air conditioning was not working properly in our room. We were sweating even at the minimum possible temperature.
2. Bath tub (while seemingly high-end) was poorly maintained. Drainage was clogged and water accumulated even when we showered keeping drainage at maximum. Plus the many knobs were either rusted or broken and the accumulated water turned a filthy Yellow green making us wonder if there was fungus in the knobs. Even though we paid extra because my husband and I both love tubs, we were too disgusted to use it.
3. Only the basic TV channels were available. Even average hotels pay for better channel packages. Even though we requested several times, it was not considered.
4. Spa facilities should be considered by the management as the hotel says five-star.
5. Location- it is a little far away from the main city.
6. American express cards are not accepted at a five star. Even though the final payment went through via an Amex card, the staff called and asked to pay via UPI (or come back from our way to the airport). Still waiting for the refund of the dual payment.

Beautiful location.Arvind the manager was very accommodating with our 4 year old daughter.
The hotel restaurant was excellent with mouthwatering dishes.
Just go and enjoy their hospitality.

your hospitality is very good
but need to improve your business as it is by adding activities and leisure
side walks for locals should close nd make it separate as it is an annoying to the reputation for your business
