The location was perfect, the view from our beachfront window was beautiful. The property is finished to a high standard and so clean.

The location of the apartment was lovely as was the apartment itself, very happy with that. I thought the extras you left were a really nice touch ie the bread, cookies etc
When we walked into the apartment to be honest it smelt abit like wet dog which suprised me, I later realised that it was the bedding in the master bedroom. It had obviously been put away slightly damp so it smelt really fusty and damp. Also I have a medical issue which caused me to spill some coffee on the duvet, I'm very sorry. My partner asked the cleaners if we could change the duvet and cover on the Friday morning, they agreed but failed to leave us a clean one so the duvet was damp. I tried to phone Steve and the other number all weekend, no reply. I. had also contacted Steve on the Wednesday before we left to enquire about the beds as we were travelling with a 5year old so I wanted to confirm she didn't have a sofa bed in the lounge, again he did not get back to me. The communication was not good when we needed help, this is very disappointing as the rest was so good.
