De locatie bij een mooie baai en fijn terras en restaurant. Ook was het makkelijk om weer op de hoofdweg te komen als je op pad wil. Direct aan de hoofdweg ook paar lokale tavernes met lekker eten. De badkamer is nog helemaal nieuw, fijne douche e.d.
De inrichting van de keuken. Het aantal borden, bestek en glazen/kopjes was aan de krappe kant voor ons gezin en de keukenkastjes e.d. waren niet zo schoon. Wij vinden het geen probleem als meubilair e.d. oud is maar graag wel hygiënisch schoon. Mogelijk hebben we daarin een andere 'lat' dan Albaniërs.

Tout juste en bas une petite plage privée, top!
Très bien situé, tout juste à côté de Sarandë, facilité de se garer dans leur résidence, c'est très pratique.
Pas besoin de chercher une place.

Quelques problèmes d'électricité mais sans gravité.
Un petit canapé serait le bienvenu dans la pièce à vivre.

From our arrival to our check-out, Ardi and his family’s hospitality was truly exceptional. The room was exceptional, a phenomenal view and the most beautiful sunsets I’ve ever seen, and I’ve travelled the world and seen many! We had the top floor with a huge terrace perfect for sunbathing and a modern, clean room. The location is ideal, just a 20-minute drive to Ksamil and a few minutes to Sarande. A market is just around the corner, and there are two restaurants and a petrol station close by. And let’s not forget the small bay within a minute’s walk, with stunning turquoise water. I highly recommend this place to anyone who enjoys avoiding crowds while still experiencing the vibrant city life. Parking is available for those using a car.

Die Besitzer waren sehr gastfreundlich, familiär, sehr hilfsbereit und immer present. Wir wurden oft auf Getränke eigeladen, haben gemeinsam mit einheimischen Volleyball gespielt und konnten uns auch ihre anderen sehr schöne Wohnhäuser mit toller Aussicht aufs Meer anschauen. Unser Zimmer mit riesiger Terrasse und vollem einmaligen Meerblick war sensationell !! Es gibt ein riesen Fernseher, das Zimmer ist sehr sauber, modern eingerichtet und die Luft wird aufgefrischt, dadurch, dass immer angenehme Luft weht. Parkmöglichkeit gibt es genug. In der nähe sind mehrere günstige gute Restaurants. Eine Unterkunft, wo man gerne wieder kommt.
