Everything was perfect

The beach and pool. The pool is quite nice and most people stay there. The beach area is very good and there are plenty of umbrellas and sun beds. It has sandy areas but also a bit of rocky parts that are great for snorkeling. Make sure to bring goggles and water shoes.
The pictures of the Superior studio promoted on booking.com show a very nice view from the balcony. In reality, there are just a few rooms with that view and most customers are placed in a building behind with no view to the sea. The plus of being at the back, is that it was not as warm so we didnยดt need to pay for the AC. The AC is also showed as part of the facilities in booking.com but actually you have to pay extra โฌ12 per day if you want to use it.

The apartments themselves are nice and renovated. The hotel restaurant has good selection of foods for reasonable prices and is simply beautiful with great views.
Staff is kind and willing to help. There is also convenience store right next to the hotel, so you can buy anything you need.
I deducted points for:
1. A/C - which you need to pay separate and it's 12โฌ/day. This should be basic equipment anywhere you go in Rhodes.
2. Parking - there's like 3-4 parking spaces, directly on the street next to the hotel. But there are maybe 20-30 rooms...
3. Our shower head was clogged from the solidified water's minerals. I needed to fiddle with the jets myself to clean them
4. Hotel next door hosts regular parties that are on the edge of political correctness (white elderly from Europe watching dark skinned young boys perform) and last to the night

It has been refurbished to a high standard although there are still improvements to be made in my opinion.
The walk in shower has a rainfall shower and a separate hand held shower too.
The beds are comfortable The staff are very friendly and respond to complaints.
The cleaning is excellent and daily.
Sadly this accommodation is situated on the main road where there is heavy traffic and two bus stops as well as coaches arriving outside. The double glazing is not adequate to prevent the noise. There is no toaster or chopping board just very basic utensils.
On Saturday night you can have live Kareoke in your room there is no need to cross the road. This is until midnight.
If you want a quiet holiday this is not the accommodation for you. There is no reading lights itโs either full light or nothing. The mirror is too high to be able to use at the dressing table.
