Quirky decor and colours, brand new efficient bathrooms and beautifully clean. Very helpful staff. Fantastic location for the Mevlana, coffee shops etc . Reasonable breakfast.
Room was so small even though we had booked the slightly larger one (one up from the rooms mentioned in reviews as being so tiny). We were only there one night so it was fine, but for a longer stay would be awkward as there is nowhere to unpack really. The biggest criticism is the weird cupboard doors into the bathroom which do not meet in the middle so there is no privacy.

The location was great: we were able to walk to a variety of restaurants and attractions.
We wanted a room with AC - and our room had an AC unit - but it wasn't working. When we asked about it, we were told that it was "no problem" because the evening was going to be cool. Also, our room was TINY. There was hardly any space around the bed to put our belongings. On the other hand, the bathroom was pretty good-sized.
