Prompt change to new caravan after issue with original one. A enjoyable peaceful break. Stunning views.
Had to change caravan as original had a fly problem.

Very helpful staff. Let us check in at 2pm instead of 4pm. And help to join 2 bookings from different websites and stay in the same very comfortable caravan for all our holiday
No restaurants or takeaway shops next to the caravan park

I thought the staff Especially Amme was absolutely fantastic and blooming lovely! She alone made our stay very welcoming and enjoyable. She made sure we had everything we needed as and when we asked. She always served us with a smile even thought you could tell she and other staff were quite overwhelmed She still smashed the service with a smile aspect amazingly. Brilliant 5* service for Amme. She deserves some recognition.
I paid £10 for 2 days WiFi in our caravan and I'm assuming because of the bad weather we didn't get the WiFi so I would appreciate a refund for that. We also had no signal on tv what so ever but the service guys did come out and have a look bit wasn't much they could do due to the weather.
