The caravan was spotlessly clean and loved the chlorine smell in the fridge which looked brand new! Location is excellent providing you have a car and there looks to be a really good surf and dog beach very close by .. we are yet to explore that one as have gone further afield both times we stayed here. Also the dog friendliness is really dog friendly not just dogs allowed.. i love the welcome pack with dog treats, poo bags and collapsable water bowl etc and being able to take the dogs into the entertainment venue meant we could both have a drink and walk back to the caravan.. no drive to a dog friendly pub required.
It was disappointing that the entertainment venue did not serve food on tues and weds .. tues we didnt realise and had to finish our evening early to go and get food elsewhere, we ended up with a dominos and took it back to the caravan but it was then too late to bother going back to the clubhouse. weds wasnt so bad as we were more prepared to eat elsewhere and included it on our day trip out and about so then we came back to the clubhouse for just evening drinks. To be fair, this was mentioned in the welcome pack given to us and it was partly our fault for assuming it would be serving food every night because it did the last time we came.

Our caravan had an outstanding shower!
Given we were there supporting three 17 girls at Boardmasters - an annual event, the staff knew next to nothing useful about the event.

A great location and the staff were great.
There was no WiFi in the caravans which was a real pain especially as we weren’t told beforehand. Not a big deal if you’re there for a weekend but for a full week it was a pain.
The furniture in the main living area was really dirty and smelt damp when you took the sofa bed out.
The indoor pool is a great amenity but it is so tired looking. All the windows were filthy and full of cobwebs and the sun loungers at the side of the pool needed a really good clean.
