The bedroom was marvellously spacious and comfortable as was the bed itself. The setting of Yallands despite being off a modern housing estate with a main road not far away is very rural and peaceful. Breakfast excellent with homemade marmalade and very satisfactory other elements. The proprietors are supportive and personable.

Third year staying at Yallands Farmhouse and lovely stay as usual. Comfortable room and the breakfast is wonderful. Chris and Karen, the hosts, are very friendly and hospitable
