The kitchen is fully equipped with ceramic hob, oven, dish. Dishwasher, Laundry. coffee, 2 refrigerators and everything needed to prepare any meal. The lounge has a dining table with 6 seats, 2 large comfortable sofas and premium cable TV flat screen (110 cm). The bedrooms and living room and open onto a private balcony overlooking a lovely garden. The decor is common to all the hotel is predominantly modern with natural tones and favors the comfort and space. The Aqualuz Suite Hotel **** is located among white sandy beaches protruding in the Atlantic Ocean on the Troia Peninsula, between Arrabida Natural Park and the Sado Estuary Housed in a modern high-rise, it features tennis courts, facilities Golf nearby, one outdoor indoor pool 2 and a spa. The beach is 50mt (real), Casino, Marina of Troy, Ferry Boat, Restaurant and Supermarket at 100 mt. All services and facilities at the Hotel are available for this private suite, access to free SPA, cleaning, change of clothes and toiletries is on a daily basis and check out and check in made in the hotel reception. Guests can prepare their own meals or enjoy Setubal region's specialties in the hotel restaurant. Famous Portuguese wines and local spirits are served at the lobby bar at night, until later. A large playground (free) is designed to entertain the little ones, while adults can relax with a hot stone massage at the local spa. Regular ferry services connect the Marina Club Suite Hotel Troia Mar to the center of Setúbal.

En general el alojamiento está bastante bien lo único la accesibilidad a la zona un poco limitada si no tienes coche ya que lo necesitas para cualquier cosa que quieras hacer puesto que en invierno (no se en verano) los servicios de la zona son muy limitados

A limpeza deveria ser mais pormenorizada. Pelo menos sacudir os lencois antes de fazer as camas. Acho que tambem era uma mais valia haver uma vassoura e um apanhador ( ou algo semelhante). Ahhh... e algo para combater as picadas dos insectos. De resto... perfeito. :)

Das Apartment ist recht groß und ordentlich ausgestattet. Der Zimmerservice und die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter funktionieren reibungslos. Leider liegt das Apartment im 1. Stock. Der Balkon ist zur Straße ausgerichtet. Das Apartment ist insgesamt sehr dunkel und sher nüchtern eingerichtet (kaum Bilder, keine Dekoration, etc.).

el alojamiento es muy espacioso, tiene dos buenas habitaciones, 2 banos y 2 televisiones lo que es practico. la cocina esta bien, pero es un detalle, pero hubiera apreciado que tenga lo basico para cocinar (sal, pimienta, aceite). Es personal pero no me gustaron los colchones (muy duros). Tiene armarios a voluntad. Por el resto el sitio esta muy bien, tiene el mismo servicio que el hotel. El hôtel esta muy bien, tiene todas la comodidades para pasarselo bien con niños. tiene desayunos y cenas en buffet à precios muy correctos. un lugar a volver.

We were two adults and three teenagers, the apartment was spacious and had a modern design. The terrace had access from two bedroms and the livingroom. The temperature was not to high for comfortable sleep in the night. During the day, we benefited from ocean breeze. The hole area, Troia Resort is very thorough and well designed, houses,parks, pathways,marina and golf etc. With a car Lisbon was only 1,5 hours drive away. We recommend this place and apartment to anyone seeking relaxing time in Portugal. I managed to forget my wallet the first evening in the front window of the car, next morning it was still there visible for everybody. Best regards Morten Haugan with family

Apartamento muito completo e confortável. Piscinas excelentes, sauna, banho turco e jacuzzi. Excelente trabalho da equipa de animação. Ambiente dinâmico e divertido. Espaço muito amigo das crianças e preparado para o efeito com várias salas destinadas a crianças e jovens das diferentes faixas etárias. Acesso muito fácil à praia. Recomendamos vivamente!

Très bel hôtel ! il manque juste de l'éclairage dans l'appartement et un peu plus de charme (décoration…) + refaire les joints des carrelages de la douche dans la petite salle de bain. Sinon l'endroit est parfait , l'appartement spacieux et très propre. C'est chouette d'avoir le service de ménage tous les jours pour les lits, le nettoyage… Seul petit hic, la piscine est bcp trop froide.23 degrés au mois d'août. on s'attendait à une piscine chauffée.

Estava tudo fantástico. A propriedade é exactamente como descrito. Ideal para umas férias em família. Inserido num complexo hoteleiro, tivemos acesso a todas as comodidades. Tivemos ainda a direito a desconto no parque de estacionamento coberto, o que se revelou uma agradável surpresa. O único ponto negativo não tem que ver com a propriedade em si, mas com uma das comodidades do hotel - o ginásio - que é bastante pequeno (pequenina sala) e com muito pouco material. De resto, tudo perfeito! O proprietário foi 5 estrelas desde o momento da reserva até ao fim. Recomendo!

Pedro, the owner of the apartment, was 5 stars and the staying was so enjoyable that my eldest son asked us if we could return next weekend! :) The apartment is comfortable and spacious and even under a dramatic rainy weather we had lot's of fun, thanks to the indoor swimming pool. The beaches are beautiful and the landscape is stunning! During any time of the year it is perfect to enjoy holidays or a short break with the kids.
