Nice area, but the house lacks a lot of details to reach the level the property is expected

la situación de la casa, está en una zona muy bonita a 200 m de la pasarela de la playa con acceso directo.

The house is big and well decorated, it would have been very nice, but it lacked many details to be up to the standards of the site and the select tourism that is supposed to visit the area accordingly to the price charged by the owner, it would have scored much better if It would not have been for the following: 1) The air conditioning had not been checked prior to our arrival, and it did not work in most of the rooms, especially in 3 of the rooms, so we were very hot and the owner could not give us a solution throughout our stay. 2). The gas in the kitchen did not work despite having told us to open a stopcock, it did not work either, they should have checked beforehand if there was gas and not make us check if it was necessary to change the bottle. We had to use the hot plate 3). The access door to the garage ramp is broken and although they came to place it on the rail, it could not be moved because it hit a thick branch of a bush in the garden, you can realize that this has not been fixed for a long time, we had to leave the cars in the street every day. 4). They didn't even let us have a folding clothes rack since they told us that the washing machine was for stays longer than 7 days. How are we supposed to dry our clothes, such as beach towels and swimsuits? A very ugly detail, really. having to leave everything on top of the hammocks and garden chairs to dry; They didn't even leave us even a minimum kitchen pack that other accommodations usually have with the minimum (dish soap, scourer, cloth...) we had to buy everything new in the only supermarket in the area that was very expensive. In short, they do not have the details that are expected from a tourism site at the high price paid for it. The owner did NOT want to live up to what is expected of a house of this level, with this high price and the deficiencies of the house, he would have paid better for the 5-star hotel in the area. I do NOT recommend this rental
