Situated in Los Alcázares, this charming condo for $92 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. Our beautiful penthouse apartment with roof top solarium is available for rent & we can’t wait for you to come & enjoy it! Having visited the area ourselves for a good number years & fallen in love with everything it has to offer from the quaint 'Old-Town' to the bustling plaza & beach dotted with the wooden hut ‘chiringuito’s’. We have taken the time to create a gorgeous holiday, yet homely, living space ensuring you have everything you need to hand to relax & enjoy your time in Los Alcazares! We are always on-hand to offer advice or help any way we can. Our management company will be there to look after you once in Los Alcazares. They offer various services which they will highlight prior to your arrival. Our corner penthouse is located on the ‘El Divino’ gated community. The apartment is quiet, private & all of the outdoor living areas offer spectacular views to the mountains & over the Mar Menor towards La Manga. The grounds & 2 large swimming pool areas of ‘El Divino’ are constantly tended to and always colourful & immaculate, whilst very easily accessed by taxi or private pick up from Murcia International Airport, approximately 35 minutes journey. On-road parking in front of the apartment is plentiful for visitors who wish to hire a car. The beach is less than a 10 minute walk and the Plaza can be reached in just 5. As you walk into the apartment you are greeted with light, fresh, clean colours throughout and furnishing of a high standard offering comfortable, relaxing living spaces for up to 4 people. We have complimentary high speed WIFI throughout. Samsung air-conditioning units are installed in all rooms in addition to ceiling fans. ***NOTE: air-conditioning/heaters are payable locally due to the high running costs. We do offer €10 per week complimentary for stays UNDER 3 weeks, for longer stays we can discuss on booking. The lounge area has a new L-shaped chaise lounge sofa with comfy cushions & throws. The lounge has a flat screen SMART TV with all UK satellite channels. There is a dining table for those who prefer to eat indoors. To the left of the lounge is the open plan kitchen with everything you would need to provide for up to 4 people including a microwave, coffee maker, washing machine, Bosch hob & oven, together with all the appliances/utensils you could possibly need. Patio doors lead from the lounge onto a well presented covered, spacious balcony with a patio table ideal for breakfast or drinks while enjoying the views. From here you can take the stairs to the very large roof solarium, this space is fantastic & offers panoramic views. The solarium is also fitted with wall lights. There is a large awning (toldos) to offer shade from the sun, a beautiful rattan dining table with 6 chairs, 4 sun beds & 2 occasional tables, one of which is a cool box. We highly recommend spending an evening dining up here with a glass of wine! (or two). The master double bedroom has a King Sized Bed, Juliette door leading onto the balcony, a dressing table area with mirror, built in wardrobe with plenty of storage space & hangers, plus a safety deposit box. The twin bedroom has a large window offering plenty of light, spacious built in wardrobes, a long length mirror & stool for dressing. Both bathrooms in the property are modern & fully tiled with under sink storage, mirrors & rain showers with thermostatic control (one has a shower cubicle & one over the bath. Bath, hand & pool towels are provided. We also provide additional sunbeds & chairs that you can take to the beach/pool. If you have any questions please do get in touch! *** NOTE *** There are NO lifts on this complex. The clean fee of 80 euros is not included in the price and will be payable on arrival. *** *** ARRIVALS *** We only accept checkin’s up to 9pm. We may be able to offer late checkins but this is rare & on request. We prefer and ask you to book day flights with current travel issues.

The property was well equipped and satisfied all our needs. Unfortunately my husband struggled with the stairs as he has a heart condition. This has since improved with medication. We have spent holidays in Los Alcazares for several years and love the place

We had a lovely time, apartment was lovely had everything you could think of and the water filter was a life saver, no need to carry bottled water up all the stairs!
The pool was great and distance to the beach was fab. The roof terrace was amazing spent most evenings up there before getting ready to go out.

The apartment was spotless and well equipped with very comfy beds!
The solarium roof terrace was great for al fresco dining and provided a lovely view of the sunset. Solarium also had an outdoor shower which was an added bonus in the high temperatures.
Communications with Emma the host and Damian, who oversees the property, were great and Emma was so helpful recommending restaurants etc.
Would definitely stay here again. Brilliant holiday.

Beautiful property, ideal for 3 adults and an infant. Clean, modern and contained everything we needed. The roof terrace was a beautiful added bonus! Communication with the host Emma and property manager Damian superb throughout. Made everything run really smooth including a late check in when we arrived. Location spot on, pool area beautiful, clean and tidy. Have stayed at the el devino complex in the past and this time was no different - fantastic! Will definitely come back!

We finally managed a return stay here. No issues at all. The accommodation is excellent, in a great location, and easy communication with the owners and the the propert management company who were very helpful as we were a bit later than arranged for arrival.

A really excellent apartment, well appointed and presented. On arrival it was spotlessly clean and equipped with everything you would need for an enjoyable stay.
I have stayed in many apartments in Los Alcazares and can honestly say this was the best.
I could not think or suggest any improvements that would have made our stay more comfortable and enjoyable.
Location is ideal and the rooftop solarium was ideal in the spring sunshine.
We will definitely be returning.

We rented Emma’s apartment for a 9 day stay on the Mar Menor. July/Aug22
Due to flight times we had a late check in but this was arranged via Emma with Debbie and Craig who manage the property locally.
We asked for a few food items to be picked up for us and this was also arranged with ease.
The apartment itself was of a very high standard.
Very clean and really well equipped.
Emma really has thought of everything you would need even down to a shopping trolly! Which was well used.
The roof terrace was excellent. Again everything you need. Quality loungers, dining furniture and awning which was a must for a bit of shade.
On the complex were 2 good sized pools that never had more than 10 people in and at times we had the pool to ourselves. Albeit there is a list of rules re usage so check the signs before diving in.
Location wise the “strip” where the main bar, restaurants and gift shops etc was only a 5 min walk
There is a supermarket there as well which is the closest but Lidl and others are only a few more minutes walk away. Hence the shopping trolly.
The Mar Menor itself is 10-15 mins walk. We found walking through the “Strip” the quickest way and the beach was beautiful

One week at El Divino
Lovely top floor apartment on El Divino complex.
Modern and very clean and well equipped with everything you'd need to make your stay feel like home.
Roof-top terrace was a welcome addition to the apartment, nice area to eat, drink and sunbathe.
Pool area is very nice and clean, perfect for a relaxing swim and cool-down.
Steps up to apartment may not be suitable for less mobile people, but if you're good on your legs, this a great place to stay.

Wonderful apartment & complex
We had a great stay in this really well equipped apartment. It was spotlessly clean with everything you could need for a week away. Debbie from the management company met us and showed us around, including giving us some tips for the local area which was great. The complex is really well maintained and secure with both pools beautifully kept and plenty of room to sit under the shade of a palm tree in the lovely hot weather.
We loved Los Alcazares too - only 5 minutes walk to the hotel 525 and all the restaurants and bars and a further 5 minutes to the beach and our favourite chiringuito for lunch or an after dinner drink by the sea with the lovely breeze.
All in all an excellent stay and we hope to return very soon.

We have stayed in the Los Alcazares area in recent years and this accommodation ticked all the boxes for us.
The location is very close to restaurants and supermarkets, the promenade and beach is a short walk away.
Everything in the apartment was of good quality and very clean. The generous bed and choice of duvet tog was appreciated, as was the free wifi & British TV. We loved relaxing on the top solarium.
Yes, the apartment is on the second floor, so a challenge with heavy shopping or a suitcase but ok for anyone of average fitness & the stairs are well lit at night.
We enjoyed our stay on this gated complex which made us feel very safe.

Emma was extremely helpful throughout and Brenda from Parasol was brilliant. Fabulous apartment close to all amenities. Well placed for trips to Murcia and Cartagena for sightseeing. It was lovely and warm whilst we were there and the beach was being repaired after recent storms.
Great place to stay and I will be recommending it to friends and family.

XMAS AND NEW YEAR BREAK
Excellent and clean apartment. has everything you need for a happy holiday. Plenty of chairs and sun lounges, as well as DVDs, books and games. Only problem was the reception for BBC 1 and 2 was poor and there was no reception for ITV. Channels 4 and 5 were fine. It was reported and I believe Fiona has problem in hand. Overall it did not spoil our holiday.

Lovely property in a great location
This is a lovely apartment with everything you need to make it a home from home. You can feel that a lot of time and thought has gone into providing anything you could need for you stay. Communication with the owner and property manager is excellent . The solarium is lovely, as is the balcony from the lounge area. The property was clean and the grounds are well kept. 5/10 minute walk to shops and restaurants. 10/15 minute walk to beach. We would love to return and recommend this property to others. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Nice apartment which was well equipped
Good. Pool area a bit disappointing as life guards stopped kids having fun in the pool. Apartment nice but a bit cluttered for our taste. Everything well thought out though. Overall an enjoyable stay.

Excellent Apartment
We stayed in the apartment for two weeks. The booking was easy via Home and Away and communications were answered quickly. The apartment was exactly as described on the site, the rooftop solarium was a real bonus, with lovely views. On arrival we were met by Deborah, who despite it being after 1.00am, explained everything that we needed to know for our stay. El Divino is an ideal location for the main strip and the beach, which has a lovely promenade. Thanks Emma and Deborah, we really enjoyed our stay.
