About this house rental
3 bedroom historically listed property in a fabulous location below Stirling Castle with unrivalled views of the King's Knot and countryside beyond.
The house is also close to the amenities of Stirling City Centre and within walking distance of the train station. In addition it is an easy drive from Glasgow or Edinburgh airports. Perfect for enjoying the beauty of Scotland as well as the culture of two big cities and the compact nature of Stirling itself.
All the rooms are spacious with a large master bedroom with wonderful views and two good sized double bedrooms. Sleeping accommodation is provided by a king bed in the Master Bedroom, a double bed in the second bedroom and a full size single and a Z bed in the twin bedroom. This foldaway bed is suitable for children or young adults but may not be suitable for all adults.
The kitchen is well equipped and there is a separate dining room and large sitting room. Two bathrooms include a main guest bathroom with whirlpool bath and rain head power shower and a small bathroom downstairs. Driveway parking and front and rear gardens complete the accommodation on offer.
This property has a full Short Term Licence from Stirling Council and guests must comply with the terms of the licence which is displayed at the property.
Check-in is 5pm, checkout is 10am.

The location to old town Stirling is perfect. It is within walking distance to Stirling Castle as well as numerous food, shopping, and pub offerings. The parking for the unit is an actual driveway, so it is very helpful as the spots in front of the home tend to be taken by other drivers.Upon entering, there is lots of options for spreading out if you are traveling with a large family. The only concern we had was the downstairs shower. We were unable to use that shower as we were all too tall, The communication we had with the property owner and caretakers were always prompt, professional, and full of info. We even had an unfortunate incident of locking the keys in the home and they were prompt to assist with getting this rectified swiftly. I have stayed all over the world in Vrbo’s and this level of service is exactly why I choose Vrbo. I highly recommend this property. Just know going in there is no dryer if you are utilizing the laundry services.

A truly charming property where the host took care to make our stay comfortable in everyway. The three bedrooms and two washrooms provided lots of room for 4 adults and a child. We enjoyed the excellent location near Stirling Castle with easy access to Falkirk, Gleneagles, Perth, Edinburgh and Glasgow.

Everything was as described. Communication was excellent. Any questions or concerns were addressed promptly and efficiently. Wonderful stay! Actually made a special family trip even more enjoyable.

Lovely house, full of character in an amazing location. Good facilities and easy parking. Insides are beginning to need a little TLC as they are a bit dated. This did not spoil our trip though. Great comms with owners throughout. The rear garden gate was locked which was frustrating as it would have been good to come in this way for muddy dog and boots !
