About this villa rental
Located in Marbella, this attractive villa for $450 per night is a great option for your next break. A beautiful decorated luxury villa with private heated pool in a 250sqm garden. What we adore about our villa is its ambience and serenity. It has a unique decoration. We have osmosis water filter, so you don't need to buy any water bottles. You will find 5 generously cut and designed bedrooms, all with bathrooms. Upstairs you will find three large bedrooms, each with bathroom and bathtub in suite. The main bedroom, overlooking the garden, has a large 40 sqm terrace. The second bedroom has two single beds together with possibility to add an extra bed (cod) or baby cod. The 3rd one has also 2 single beds put together. On the basement suite you will find a king size bed (two single beds together) and separated by a folding screen (if needed) and two chaise lounges as single beds. You will find also WIFI (optic fibre) and Sky TV. The ground floor houses the living room with kicker-, pool- and air hockey-table, both with access to the terrace and garden; a large designer kitchen together with a double bed bedroom and separate bathroom with shower. The Tv in the living room has all Sky Tv channels open. The garden is a 250 sqm oasis with heated pool (6 x 3 meters) and a 40 sqm terrace (which can be completely closed by a movable flameless glass) overlooking the garden, with enough sitting areas for everyone and a designer round table for 10 guests. Outside you will find a cosy sitting area just beside the terrace and, near the pool, rocking chairs, which we personally designed, overlooking the pool. We have also 12 hammocks as well as towels for the beach or pool. You will also enjoy the large ping pong table and the adult swings. We provide all towels, hair dryers, body shower gel and shampoo, as well as spices. We provide also baby cod, tub and high chair. The villa is located in an upscale residential area with lots of green areas. The community gardens can be used and the community pool only from July to August and is regulated by the Community of the Urbanisation, so its use and rules are independent from the villa and without any liability from our part. The common areas include 2 paddle courts and a spacious landscaped playground. Everything is close by. We have two wonderful supermarkets just down the street with fresh bread, fish and meat. The pharmacy is at 1 km with a nice walk reachable. The bus stop is 400 meters from the villa. Our guests normally take a local taxi service for larger groups. For instance, the fare from the airport to the villa takes approx. 100€ for a 10 persons group. At 800 meters you will find already restaurants with daily menus at approx 10€. The beach is at 1,4 km with a nice walk, where you will find beach restaurants. Marbella city center is only 9km (approx 10 minutes with taxi, 2 minutes by bus) away and Puerto Banus 19 km (15 minutes with taxi 30 minutes with bus)

We had a great vacation at this property which is incredible, I recommend it for families and friends.
The social area is very spacious and beautiful, the owners are very responsive and at check in they explain EVERYTHING perfectly. Kitchen is full of tools and the patio is great....

There is a Mercadona 200 feet away, very accessible golf courses within walking distance, the area is very quiet.

We had a great stay in the villa. Everything you need for a great vacation is available in the house or nearby. Super market really close and the beach a short walk away. Great for both kids and adults. Highly recommended!

A well equipped and luxorious villa with nice garden and many alternative activities. 20 minutes stroll to the beach. Five minutes walk to supermarket. Restaurants within walking distance (of which we recommend La Scala, although quite expensive).

The hosts - Alexandra and Friedrich could not have been any better. Communication before, during and after our stay was swift and friendly, they were extremely helpful and accommodating to the few changes we needed. Check in was thorough and very helpful.
The villa - everything the listing says it is. Big enough for our group of 9 adults, very comfortable, had all the kitchen stuff [including a fully stocked herbs & spices drawer!!], 2 massive fridge freezers, large dining table in the outside / inside kitchen / garden area, BBQ, loads of sun loungers. All the bedrooms were comfortable, the bathrooms clean. I can't find a fault anywhere.
Location - very quiet pretty little street [no noisy traffic at all], 200m from 2 excellent supermarkets, 15 minute walk to local restaurants [try La Scala - outstanding] and 20 minute walk to the beach [try La Plage Casanis - first class].
If we come back to the area next year - this villa will be top of our list to book again.

We all had a fantastic holiday, villa was superb and everything you needed was there, the pool was lovely and location was excellent only a 15-20 min walk to beach and restaurant’s, the Indian was our favourite, great communication with property owners and any questions answered quickly. There is a big communal swimming pool as well as a small children’s park. If you want to go to to different places ie Marbella town or puerto Banus I would recommend car hir although you can use Uber or bus, lovely property and we had a fantastic time

We had a great time in the villa, enough rooms, bathrooms and a heated pool. We all had much fun in the water. The villa lies on a great location, near 2 supermarkets and several restaurants. Alexandra and Friedrich helpt us directly by questions. We had a great stay in april , we were even lucky with the weather

the kitchen is very well-stocked with everything you can possibly think of .The house was so clean and perfectly decorated we felt like home,very cozy and so much entertainment Thank you so much for your hospitality if I can give you more than 5 stars I will without hesitation.

We where a group with two couple of parents and our six kids age 18+. We spent a lot of times in the house and garden. The pool was clean and well temperated, so we used it a lot. The tabletennis was also very popular. The location is perfect for a walk to the beach and cathing the bus to Marbella. A big plus is that there is two big supermarkeds just down the road. We can fully recommend this nice villa.

This is the experience I expect from a villa… A great host with detailed information right from the off!
To start the villa is safe and secure especially with children in your group!!! Everything from their end was executed very well, right from our initial contact, up until arrival at the door. The host even managed to facilitate an early check in! Massive bonus!
The overall facilities available to us whilst on site were top of the range even right down to the cutlery, if you buy cheap you buy twice, these guys clearly didn’t, they spent good money on good equipment to make sure you had suitable/sturdy amenities for a great stay!
Nice touches were the heated pool, 3x usb inserts at each end of the bed, somewhere to wash your clothes and hang them out to dry (no washing when you come home) kids pool floats, BBQ, and lounger towels….
Locally there is plenty within walking distance, if you want beach food, fancy exotic food, French food, or even a good wagyu steak with caviar, it’s all there!
Additionally if you wish to travel into old town/Puerto Banús you can jump the bus (2 euros) or Uber for (14-20 euros) choice is up to you. We did Uber it everywhere, quick and easy! The thing is you always come back to a safe and secure home! that was the nice thing about being out during the day, you were coming home and looking forward to it!
Overall the villa has nothing to fault and if you want something that’s delivers it all, this was it.
I will mention that I am coming back, it may be with different people, but I know my mum and dad will love this place as much as we loved it…

We stayed for four nights while playing the courses around Marbella. Excellent communication before our trip and a warm welcome from Friedrich on arrival.
The villa is very well presented, all bedrooms very comfortable, with good indoor and outdoor sitting areas.
Plus it has the best-labelled and organised kitchen of any property I have ever stayed in.
Two supermarkets within a very short walk make it easy to top up when the beer runs out.
Highly recommended.

We really enjoyed our stay at the house in Marbella. It met our expectations and we particularly enjoyed the pool area, screened in poach which could open up, and all the activity equipment! The house was clean and in very good shape when we arrived. We got very good instructions when we arrived and a very warm welcome from the hosts! We can recommend this house to others, plenty of space to house 10 people.

There is a mercedona and Lidl at the end of the road which was great. The only downside for us was the location, it was quite far away from restaurants, bars and shops, we like to go and have a little stroll in the evening and look at a few local shops and sit in a bar with some entertainment. Taxi’s to Marbella city centre was extremely expensive, around €120 for a 15 minute taxi ride, the price increased the later in to the evening it was. Overall, thank you for a lovely stay.

We were a family of totally 9 persons and the Villa space was very much enough. The garden with the pool and the equipment for the children, and adults, was perfect. The landlords were extremely good in communication with us before, during, and after the visit.

Couldnt fault it in any way. Good location, the villa had everything u could possibly want and more. Pool table, air hockey, table tennis football badminton, tennis and cupboards full of board games jigsaws etc. The grandchildren had a ball. The villa is very spacious and the garden with its own pool delightful. The owners can't do enough for you. Lovely couple. Thank you for making our family holiday so special

Stunning property
We have just returned home from this stunning property and enjoyed it so much we didn't want to leave ! The villa is in an excellent location, just a short walk to the beach, local restaraunts and supermarkets. The villa was very well equipped with everything you could ever need to cater for large groups and was spotlessly clean.The garden and pool area is absolutely beautiful with a good mix of shade and sun all day, needless to say we spent several days sipping cocktails poolside. Our booking was rescheduled twice due to the pandemic and Alexandra and Friedrich went above and beyond to assist us and ensure our holiday went ahead stress free, communication was excellent and they were always on hand to assist with any queries. We would highly recommend this property and would love to return again sometime.

First class villa in perfect golf location
Group of 8 golfers playing 4 rounds at la Cala, Valle romaro, los naranjos and Rio real. Villa was excellent regarding location, quality and local facilities. Alexandra was a first class host with excellent support both before and during our stay. Would recommend 100%!

Wonderful villa and wonderful hosts
Well what can we say as we only have positives to say. The communication prior was excellent with all my questions answered in a very timely manner. It was my daughters 30th birthday surprise and Alex sorted out cakes, Prosecco, nibbles, balloons etc all for me and I just had to pay what I owed on arrival. Thank you so much for this and the lovely flowers and picture for her as she was thrilled.
We were a party of 10. 7 adults a child of 3 and two babies of 10 month.
The villa was just as photographed and we were happy with the cots and high chairs that were provided and made up on arrival. There is ample room for everybody and every gadget and kitchen appliance you could possibly need. Spices, oils and essentials all there.
We shopped at the big supermarket 2 mins walk away where you can get everything you could possibly need. Two big fridges and two freezers accommodated all our needs and more.
Towels were provided for the room and two blue towels in each room for the pool which saves so much room in your case. The washer and two dryers were on with the babies and to help dry towels ready for the next day.
The Tv was excellent and we had everything we wished for with the ping pong, football game, pool and air hockey. What more can you ask for as games and bats and balls were all in the cupboards for your enjoyment
The pool I had heated as it was April and we benefitted with the little ones with this so much. They were never out of it. The pool is just as described and we found it big enough for us all.
The garden is lovely and colourful. The foliage can keep a little of the sun off the pool especially the weeks we went as it wasn’t the hot summer climate, so we were waiting for the sun to clear the trees daily and if anything this would be our only negative. The pool was cleaned daily and the garden leaves cleaned away. There were no mosquitos.
The villa is very secure and has window bars and very good security Sytems to ensure you and the property are safe. We managed to lock ourselves out and were saved by the hosts in a very timely manner. Thank you for this x
The bedding was all fresh and well laundered and the villa was hygienically cleaned. Toilet roll, cleaning products, wash liquid and everything you could want was provided. It was amazing. The bbq we used twice and really enjoyed sitting in the orangery eating at night.
We got take outs delivered and taxis to the door.

We had an absolutely great stay at Villa Serenity. This beautiful villa has all the comfort of a beautuful house while the luxury of a 5 star hotel. The decor of the house is spectacular with every room fill with beautiful art work and fabulous furniture.
The owners are so helpful and nothing was too much trouble.

Unfortunately we didn’t get to stay at the property. Due to Coranviurus . But we have re booked for next year. The owner could not do anoth for us. With regular updates of the situation. 4 adults and 2 children stayed at serenity for 5 days in October. We wanted somewhere that would be good for all weather and easy to entertain small children. There is plenty of space for 6 and there is space for more. There is lots to entertain adults and children, the small pool in the garden is a good temperature as it is heated, the table tennis, air hockey and swings are all great fun. Kitchen is well equipped and the gas BBQ was so easy to use. Loved having the Astroturf in the garden, it was like having a carpet outside and prevented any mud. The best thing about the house is how attentive the hosts are, there were quite a few mosquitos and within a short time the host was over with repellent. The host has their business office on site so when we couldn’t figure out how to work a tap they were over in minutes and were more than happy to let us stay for a late check out to accommodate our flight. The garden has lots of shade which in the hot summer sun is just what you would want. There are some flats at the end of the garden, but you barely notice them because the garden foliage is so beautifully designed to make sure you feel private. The area is nice with the beach and a small selection of restaurants within a short walk, but with small children or to get to central Marbella you would need a car or bus. I thought this area and beach was lovely due to being quitter than central Marbella and it has nice and sandy beach. My only suggestion for minor improvement would be to supply some luxury toiletries. We had a great holiday and would very happily stay again.

Fabulous villa
This villa really is fabulous. Over the years, we have stayed in a range of villas in Europe and in America and this was, without a doubt, the best. We stayed there at the end of the summer season and everything was clean and everything worked. The owners of the villa live nearby and they responded very quickly on the few occasions that we needed to contact them. They are friendly and caring without being intrusive. The location is great, a short walk to two good supermarkets and a short drive to a range of restaurants and to the beach. Definitely 5 stars (at least!) and highly recommended without hesitation.

Beautiful house and a lovely vacation
We had great time in this villa. The house is really nice, big and clean! The garden is also beautiful. The pool is a bit small, but we knew that beforehand so that was no problem. The contact with the owners before and during our vacation was really good. And they also recommended us fun things to do in Marbella which was nice. We also loved that the beach was within 15 minutes walking distance. We once had dinner in a restaurant at the beach, which we would recommend. Alltogether we had a lovely vacation!

We absolutely loved the villa, it had everything we needed and as the decoration feels like home it doesn’t seem like a regular holiday rental. The view from the terrace to the garden and pool is beautiful.
