About this villa rental
A beautiful decorated luxury villa with private heated pool in a 250sqm garden.
What we adore about our villa is its ambience and serenity. It has a unique decoration.
We have osmosis water filter, so you don't need to buy any water bottles.
You will find 4 generously cut and designed bedrooms and bathrooms.
Upstairs you will find three large bedrooms, each with bathroom and bathtub in suite. The main bedroom, overlooking the garden, has a large 40 sqm terrace. The second bedroom has two single beds together with possibility to add an extra bed (cod) or baby cod. The 3rd one has also 2 single beds put together.
On the basement suite you will find a king size bed (two single beds together) and separated by a folding screen (if needed) and two chaise lounges as single beds.
The ground floor houses the living room with kicker-, pool- and air hockey-table, both with access to the terrace and garden; a large designer kitchen together with a double bed bedroom and separate bathroom with shower. The Tv in the living room has all Sky Tv channels open.
The garden is a 250 sqm oasis with heated pool (6 x 3 meters) and a 40 sqm terrace (which can be completely closed by a movable flameless glass) overlooking the garden, with enough sitting areas for everyone and a designer round table for 10 guests. Outside you will find a cosy sitting area just beside the terrace and, near the pool, rocking chairs, which we personally designed, overlooking the pool. We have also 12 hammocks as well as towels for the beach or pool. You will also enjoy the large ping pong table and the adult swings.
We provide all towels, hair dryers, body shower gel and shampoo, as well as spices. We provide also baby cod, tub and high chair.
The villa is located in an upscale residential area with lots of green areas. The community gardens can be used and the community pool only from July to August and is regulated by the Community of the Urbanisation, so its use and rules are independent from the villa and without any liability from our part. The common areas include 2 paddle courts and a spacious landscaped playground.
Everything is close by. We have two wonderful supermarkets just down the street with fresh bread, fish and meat.
The pharmacy is at 1 km with a nice walk reachable.
The bus stop is 400 meters from the villa. Our guests normally take a local taxi service for larger groups. For instance, the fare from the airport to the villa takes approx. 100€ for a 10 persons group.
At 800 meters you will find already restaurants with daily menus at approx 10€.
The beach is at 1,4 km with a nice walk, where you will find beach restaurants.
Marbella city center is only 9km (approx 10 minutes with taxi, 2 minutes by bus) away and Puerto Banus 19 km (15 minutes with taxi 30 minutes with bus)

The home was welcoming and perfect for our family of seven. The property was private, well-maintained and clean, and the amenities were exactly as represented in the listing and photos. The hosts responded to us promptly and accurately. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Wonderful hosts and Villa. We stayed for a week and the Villa had absolutely everything we could possibly need, it’s so well equipped. It was clean, comfortable and we were provided with lots of towels. The pool and garden are cleaned on a daily basis. In the lead up to our trip the communication was excellent and we were greeted on the day and given a clear guide of how to use everything and info about the local area. It’s in walking distance to the beach, supermarket and a short bus journey into Marbella centre. The area feels really safe and secure and is really peaceful. The hosts are super lovely and quick to respond if needed but not at all intrusive during the stay. We had a fabulous time and would definitely recommend.

We enjoyed our stay. Great villa, fully equiped. Pool is a bit smal, but heated!So swimming in April was great!

Everything great, from early check-in with Friedrich the host where we could leave our bags and occupy the ground floor while the basement and upper floor was still being cleaned.The kitchen was very well equipped leaving you wanting for nothing and was spotlessly clean.Lounge areas also had everthing for a comfortable stay including a pool table, air hockey table, table football which kept both children and adults entertained for hours.All the bedrooms and bathrooms were again spotlessly clean and very well equipped.The rear garden was fantastic with heated pool that we all used but the children especially, supprised they never developed webbed feet by the end of the week. Also had swings and a full size outside table tennis table where we all had great fun.Just to sum up, FANTASTIC.
