About this apartment rental
A recently converted ground-floor stable in a historic 18th-century farmhouse overlooking the sea amid vineyards and olive groves in a rural hamlet now becoming a holiday area because it is near the beach. The apartment has old wooden doors, traditional brick arches and vaulted ceilings, and has been carefully restored in a simple, rustic, open-plan style to respect the original structure of the building. The flat sleeps between 2 and 6 people: a bedroom with two single beds (separated from the living room by screens) and in the living room a sofa-bed and 2 armchair beds. The living room also has a large dining table and seating for 8. There is a big bathroom with washbasin, bath, shower, toilet and bidet; a small kitchen with sink, draining rack, gas hob, cooker hood, microwave oven and fridge-freezer; and a sheltered seating area outside, looking on to the back garden, with a barbecue (shared with the owners when present) and secure parking.
If you book, we will provide you with a comprehensive set of notes supplying information about the flat, our favourite local shops & a list of places we like to visit. On arrival you will find some essential food, mineral water & a bottle of wine so you don't have to go shopping immediately. If we are in residence, you can ask us for any help or advice you may need. When we are not there, a friend (whose phone number we will let you have) stands in for us.

Ci siamo trovati molto bene in questa bellissima casa in campagna. È perfetta per chi ama la natura e non è attratto dal turismo di massa. Ci sono tante belle cose da scoprire anche nei dintorni e il mare non è lontano.

Zona tranquilla a pochi minuti da Francavilla, Tollo e Ortona. La casa è accogliente e sempre fresca anche nei periodi più caldi. Abbiamo goduto dello spazio esterno e del fatto che fosse un buon punto di partenza per visitare la costa e le zone di interesse.

Soggiorno sicuramente molto rilassante,l'appartamento si trova in collina,ma a 5 min dal mare,molto fresco e tranquillo,come tutta la zona del resto.Molto organizzato internamente,con parcheggio riservato anche sul dietro.Spazio esterno molto ampio con possibilità di utilizzare il barbecue.Nel complesso,rispecchia tutte le descrizioni pubblicate,e sicuramente consigliabile.Contiamo di tornarci sicuramente

La vecchia "stalla" in contrada Lazzaretto ci ha conquistati. Abbiamo trascorso una settimana in tranquillità immersi in un'atmosfera tradizionale. I proprietari ci hanno riservato un'ospitalità squisita e discreta. Le loro indicazioni si sono rivelate precise ed affidabili. L'ambiente è curato e non manca nulla per godersi il soggiorno. È una vacanza che consiglierei a chi desidera starsene via dalla confusione, a chi ama il mare e la spiaggia in versione "selvatica". Non trovo nulla da ridire sull'alloggio. Avrei desiderato vedere più curata la zona del litorale e la contrada sul mare, che non risulta invitante e non rende onore al mare pulito, all'acqua trasparente e all'ospitalità Abruzzese
