After you paid the price, you can no longer contact the owner of the property, and this is not a resort, it is a residential property with public pool so expect to have many resident passing you when you are in swimming pool.

Love the stay, but missed the second B part (breakfast) I think is not available.

It was alright, they just should notice that the pool is not available during winter time, and no breakfast.

這是我住過最差的一間房間，無論是軟硬體設施及服務人員的服務。

地點偏僻，沒有早餐，廁所沒辦法沖水，電視沒辦法看，房間有味道，棉被好像沒有洗，向業者反應要換房間，業者表示消費者向 booking訂的房間已經低價，不想解決，就這樣忍受一夜的壞品質。

我覺得不需要改善了，因為我們不會再去住了，非常差的經驗。
