Sehr gut hat uns der offene und großzügige Wohnbereich, die 3 Bäder und die 3 Schlafzimmer gefallen. Top war auch der eigene Pool und die überdachte Terrasse mit der bequemen Hollywood Schaukel. Mit dem Auto in 10 Minuten in Vrsar am Strand, Stadt oder Einkaufen. Sehr gute Lage für Ausflüge nach Porec oder Rovinj
Die Sauberkeit im Bereich der Küchenutensilien hat meiner Meinung nach gefehlt. Vor dem Gebrauch haben wir aber einfach alles gewaschen.

My family and I stayed at the beautiful Villa Kontesici 12 during January. We were very glad that the Villa has a central heating system and a chimney - so it was very comfortable despite the winter. We spent our evening in front of the fire, and it was very cozy.
We will definitely come back! The host is very reactive and always available for any questions.
