Ubicado cerca del Terminal de Buses, en una zona tranquila y segura. El departamento es muy acogedor, ideal para descansar después de un viaje.
El departamento no cuenta con televisión, lo cual no es imprescindible, pero en días con condiciones climáticas desfavorables, cuando es necesario permanecer en el alojamiento, hubiera sido ideal contar con ella.

El abrigo se trata de una casita hermosa que tiene absolutamente todo lo que se necesita para pasar unos días de descanso. Todas las instalaciones son cómodas y están súper limpias. Tiene una cocina bien equipada para poder cocinar ahí, incluso hacer algo en la parrilla. Nos recibió Gisela que siempre estuvo atenta a todo lo que necesitamos.
No está exactamente en el pleno centro, pero igual se llega fácil caminando y hay mercados cerca y también se encuentra a pocas cuadras de la terminal.
