A good pool and pleasant room
Poor arrival procedure. Water heater not working( later replaced). Poor information of local services (pharmacy, transport services, etc). Surrounding streets very scruffy and littered. Rather quirky breakfast arrangements. Staff not really well organised or motivated.

The staff is lovely, nice pool.
There was a very strong sewage smell coming from the bathroom. I had to keep the bathroom door closed to prevent the smell from spreading throughout the room. There was also a strong smell of dampness. As soon as you entered the room, you could immediately smell it.
The breakfast portions were not generous enough
