Happening place and lovely comfortable apartment !!!

The host Milica & Aleksander met us personally to give us the keys and also gave recommendations when she found its our first time in Zadar. The apartment has THE location. Very happening place and central to everything that you need. Nice balcony to sit and chat. Views. Easy booking of boats and tours. All excellent cafes and eating places nearby( hosts recommendations turned out spot on !). It just made our holiday great !! All this with a good nights sleep-no noisy music. Bakery right below for breakfast needs!! Facilities in apartment were excellent -kitchen well equipped, dish washer, washing machine, fridge. Also few extra goodies for us like fresh fruits, fruit juice, biscuits-how thoughtful. Relished them after our long travel. Also gave us beach towels. Lovely beds (total 3 +1 double bed ) Host was kind, friendly and very helpful!

welcoming and warm and bloody excellent

it was amazing! location awesome. the owners were beyond fantastic - save a car park for us and took us to room and gave us local recommendations. I cannot brag enough about this place.

A very lovely couple who manage property. They saved a place for us to park, showed us the top places and even bought us some biscuits! The property is in a perfect location, with free parking right next to it. It was spacious, clean and had a washing machine which came in handy. Even though we didn't have the room woth the sea view it was still perfect, you could see the sea from the bathroom! We would recommend this place and definately would go back if we were ever in zadar again.

Apartment is on perfect location. You have everything on reach of the hand. Shops, restaurants, cafes, ... Old town is just a bridge away. The view is fantastic. Apartment itself is cosy and in the kitchen you can find everything you need for cooking. The hosts are very friendly and helpful.

Nice spacious apartment in the center with a view of the old town and the harbor. Very close to cafes, shops, restaurants. Well-equipped kitchen, comfortable bed. The hosts waited for us and reserved a parking space for us. Balcony with seating overlooking the waterfront. Very functional and quiet air conditioning.

Our stay in this apartment was excellent. The hosts were very kind and attentive. The location was perfect, and the apartment was very comfortable and spotless. I'd definitely stay here again if I return to Zadar in the future.

Beautiful apartment right at Zadar Oldtown

Everything was perfect. The hosts are so nice, they arranged an easy check-in and gave us a lot of information on what to do around Zadar and where to eat. They also saved us a parking space for our arrival, but we never had a problem getting a free parking place on the other days, so that's also a plus. The room is spacious and clean and the bed was very comfortable. We even got some cookies and water in the fridge, and there also was an umbrella for the beach which we did not need. The location of the apartment is the best!!!

There was nothing bad! Only thing maybe is to keep in mind, that you're in the middle of Zadar and the street below is a bit noisy. But even tough I'm a really restless sleeper, I had not too much trouble falling asleep.

Milica and Aleksandar were very helpful and they spent their effort and time in telling us all the main attractions on the map and their food recommendations were great! They assisted with saving a parking spot for us and were helpful with our luggages. The accommodation was very clean and comfortable, and the location was very convenient and close to the old town. It was a very pleasant stay and we would definitely stay there again should we visit Zadar again! 😊

This apartment is centrally located , oposite to the pedestrian bridge which is leading to Zadar old city . There are many shops , bakeries and restaurants nearby . Very well and modern furnished with large bathroom which is compensating the size of the bedroom . There are tea and coffee making facilities and a small fridge .

Overall size of the apartment . It is too small and is a similar to a hotel room rather than to an apartment .

Perfect location. Ideal for getting a boat tour as we literally just had to cross the street. Bakeries close by to grab an early breakfast before our flight home. Would definitely recommend.

Great!

It was an awesome place. Really close to the old center. We loved that a lot. Supermarkets are close at hand, same for bakeries. When going with car, you can find it easily. You're also quickly out of the center. Awesome to know. :)

If there is one thing to say, our car was towed. Besides that it was great! The hosts helped up resolve the issue, we (us and the hosts) till don't understand why it was towed.

The hosts are lovely people who take time to welcome you, show you everything and inform you about sights. I really enjoyed that. The pkace has a superb location, a grand entrance and the apartment has lovely high ceilings, conveying a sense of even more space. The bathroom is modern and perfectly equipped, even with a washer-dryer. After a perfect night, you step out to find cafés and bakeries abd do sightseeing in the old town....I will certainly return! 😀 Pia

Great spot for exploring the wonderful and somewhat underrated city of Zadar.

The friendly hosts met us and helped me park my rental car in a small spot near the apartment. Location is great, just across the bridge from Zadar's Old City.

Air conditioning was not so effective in the communal living room area.

Follow the hosts’ advice

If you travel by car you could hardly wish for a better place to stay in Zadar. The room is located at the very edge of old, pedestrians only city center and yet you can still park just behind the corner in the free zone. Furthermore, the hosts know their city really very well and visitors will profit immensely if they follow their hosts recommendations regarding what to see, where to shop, drink and eat.

Perfect location for a few days in Zadar with the most lovely host I have met!

Milica is so sympathetic! We had a good talk and she gave me a few good tips for Ice, Dinner and things to do in Zadar. The Appartment was bigger than expected. I had everything I needed and the bed was huge. In the evening I had a drink on the tiny balcony and watched the boats in the marina and all the people crossing the bridge to the old town. ;) I did the same with my coffe in the morning. I would book this again, when I am Zadar.

It is a busy area, but nothing to be concerned about.

Location, Apartment, Host -very nice.

Location was perfect -balcony to enjoy the view. Host is lovely and informative, sight seeing map was provided. The apartment is new and spacious. We could not ask for more to suit our needs. Thank you.
