The apartment was very clean. It was in Dobrota, very close to Kotor, you can reach Kotor on foot in 25 min. There was reserved parking for us in premises. We stayed on the top floor, the view from the balcony was amazing. We found everything we needed in the apartment. Since the host lives at the ground floor it is convenient if you need anything.
We were a group of friends at their 70s. It was a bit difficult to climb the stairs and carry our suitcases. Anyway, our host helped us with them. Since Kotor and Dobrota are hilly and the buildings are old it is very difgicult to find a place with lift.

Zarko met us upon arrival and gave us some great advice on walking to town (head to the stairs opposite the entrance to the hotel for a seaside walk to town). He also text to let us know the cable cars weren't running when we had plans to go which was very helpful!
The apartment was spacious and extremely clean and also had heating/Aircon. The view from the balcony is beautiful and the area was nice and quiet. The walk to the old town is about 25 mins and very easy, and there's also some restaurants in the opposite direction if you don't fancy the wander. Highly recommend this place!
It was a little difficult to find as there is no sign with the apartment name.
