The staff was especially nice. One of the ladies at the reception was especially useful. She called for us the rental bike shop because we could not speak Japanese. She also gave us a European-Japanese adaptor because we did not have one. Overall the service was excellent.
We had to walk a lot from the train station. It looks close on the map but in reality one needs to take a lot of detours.
