Cadre idyllique pour profiter de Las Galeras

Superbe accueil de Sabine et Elena aux petits soins de leurs clients et qui se demenent pour vous faire passer le meilleur sejour possible. Toujours a l'ecoute !

Cadre agréable et confortable.

La chambre était très confortable, grande avec deux grands lits, les draps très doux. La salle de bain est bien, et propre. La terrasse avec cuisine extérieure et le petit jardin privé, sont très agréables. La piscine est bien. Le petit déjeuner est bien également. Hélèna et Sabine sont accueillantes et professionnelles. Le cadre dans l’ensemble est bien aménagé et joli.

Great place, awesome staff!

The breakfast is great, the rooms are big and clean. The balcony and the hammock are a big plus!!! Friendly staff! The decoration is nice! Great sized pool!! The restaurant also has awesome food!!

It's a beautiful place with a nice clean pool. Music in the bar was great, not too loud, I think they have taken into account the previous reviews. There is no loud music to disturb your sleep. Restaurant is the best in the area. Excellent food. I highly recommend it, same as the cocktails. I wish I could eat more here, but we were already over a week in Dom Rep earing every meal out.

The local motorbikes at night. You can hear these loud motorbikes as Le BDM is close to the main rd. Saying that we just hear them til early night or we were too tired every day that we fall asleep between 10.30 and 11.30 until following day.

Stay here for a wonderful experience in local culture and easy access to the shops and beach!

you need to know what you are getting into when you stay here. it is a lovely and relaxing place. There is a hidden gem of a restaurant and bar onsite! The French cuisine is extraordinary with very good wine selections for a very reasonable cost!

when traveling to this location you need to be aware of the water situation and plumbing. the water in the bathroom can come and go depending on the use. just be aware you cannot put anything in the toilet besides your bodily functions. This is normal for the Island.

Noisy and a bit outdated.

At least they refund 2 nights as we could not sleep in our rooms because of the noise and had to leave early.

Extremely noisy until 11:30pm because of the bar there, even though quiet hours supposedly start at 10am. Mosquito nets on windows were broken. The communication with the hotel was pretty bad, payment in advance by western Union was complicated and the staff did not speak good Spanish or English.

Me and my girl was really happy to stay at this place ❤️

This is amazing! 10/10. Room is big, have a hot water, free drinking water, parking is secured, breakfast really good. The people who is working there was really helpfull. If you go there try the restaurant in the evening :) The pepper sauce was the best that I had. Portions big, so don’t take something for starter.

Okay for families and couples but not cool for single travelers who want to meet other travelers.

The location was good. Close to mini markets and my fav restaurant Rosy's, ATM, bus pick up to Santo Domingo and close to a small local bar that locals hanged out at. The pool was cool and refreshing.The free water was nice.

They could have provided an option for mosquito netting, I was swatting at mosquito's all night. The frying pans in my kitchen were deplorable and the kitchen lacked other kitchen utensils. I had to use my dive knife to clean the fish I speared. It was also the least social place I stayed at during my trip.

the staff was very nice and friendly. nice location. very clean.

the boss who handles the guest and rooms is not very customer oriented. we felt like we were disturbing. very noisy boxing training from her is pretty annoying.

-The location - 7 min walk from the beach along a safe and interesting road. -The staff - very friendly and helpful and always available. -The swimming pool - perfect temperature and refreshing! - Very fair price. - Lovely balcony in the rooms - Very good food in restaurant

Very friendly staff and sooo good food at the restaurant. Location is also good, near to very beautiful beach and shops

Room is a bit outdated and dark. Bed is uncomfortable and electricity didnt work all the time. Very noisy and you can hear everything to your room.

Comfortable place to stay

It was a great property. Close to everything so we were able to walk wherever we wanted. The rooms were large and very comfortable. I would recommend it to anyone.

Very good

We loved the place - our apartment had a small yard, terrace and a spacious room. Kids loved the swimming pool. The restaurant area is cozy and food is really good - especially the grilled meat.

Just a few very minor details - the kitchen is well equipped with utensils, plates and cups are plastic but that's ok. However if there were some basics like salt, sugar or a few packets of tea, that would be a cheap way to create additional welcoming value. Another thing is water - in other hotels you would normally get smalls bottles in the fridge. Here they have a big water bottle with a pump, which is nice, but in our case there was only a little bit left and when I asked if they could give a new one, they said we have to pay! Colmado exchanges this water for 60 pesos and there's no way we would use a third of it in one day, so it's just a missed opportunity to score extra points on hospitality with little money and have a satisfied returning customer. Also the beds' mattreses are not comfortable, you can feel the springs.

Desperate need of refurbishment, good location

Location, near the beach and center, but off the main road. Nice restaurant on the venue.

Loud noise from owners studio at 1 AM. Run down apartments, uncomfortable bed No kitchen equipment, bad shower.

Beautiful place close to everything in Las Galeras

We took extra breakfast and it was actually the best breakfast we had in Dominican Republic. Pool was small but nice, very big. I liked the owners, they seem to have lots of friends so the atmosphere there is very special, like joining some kind of a family, drinking wine next to the pool - it felt really nice. It is close to everything, to beautiful beaches disco, restaurants. Also there is a restaurant in the Le BDM - it looked really yummy

The gate was a little problematic for us but we got used to it.

lovely, chilled stay

huge room, lovely balcony with hammock to relax after a day at the beach. the restaurant was buzzing and really nice atmosphere. the food was amazing. best meal I had in the DR.

Impossible to pay with card!! You need to pay your stay in cash... When the restaurant is open it's a little noisy. A bit too expensive for it's value.

Old resort for undemanding.

Nice location, good restarurant with european menu. Only some rooms had hot water at the shower. Close to shops and local restaurants. Safe around. Clean rooms.

Very noise place. Rooms don't have glass in windows or doors. Restaurant (official close 9:30) and later pub are open till midnight.There is only few meters from entry to rooms. Inside the room you can hear each voice from outside (motorbikes, restaurant/pub) and from other rooms (mix of conversations, sing, movies, night sex -what you wish). Quiet will be between 1AM till 6AM only. The mattress was extremely hard. I felt all the springs. Some of rooms had problem with hot water. Owner could not fix it. Note: Information "for sale" is on the fence. This is worst accomodation during my stay in Dominican (I had totally 6).
