We really enjoyed the area. Very quite and safe area with a 2 story grocery store just a couple minutes walk away. Plus pretty close to a couple convience stores and the 2 train stations. Having the kitchenette was nice as was the elevator although I can imagine more than 3 people inside. Having a balcony and the dryer function in the bathroom was also nice. They include shampoo/conditioner and washing detergent was great.
Beds were a bit hard and very sparse on the pillows. Having additional blankets would have been nice as well. There wasn't any active staff in the lobby just an ipad. The lobby is also not air conditioned so we felt very hot while waiting to check in on the ipad. While it was nice that the toilet was separate from the shower the toilet closet was very small.

Neat facility
The pictures were misleading. The room turned out to be very small and basic. Hardly any space for luggage. The amenities were also very basic.
