Breakfast i like the most, and location was also good.
gym need maintenance , Kids was using also pool and pool water was not giving fresh water vibe.

Our first day was okay, which is why we decided to extend our stay for another night. However, there were several issues during our stay. On the first day, we waited almost 30 minutes to check in because only one receptionist was handling the lobby, especially during peak hours. On the second day, the air conditioner showed an E3 error in the afternoon. Although maintenance fixed it, the same issue happened again around 10 PM when we were already about to sleep and had to check out at 6 AM. We had to move from Room 232 to Room 218, which was inconvenient and disrupted our rest. We also requested a coffee refill after extending our stay, but no one attended to our request. Overall, the slow check-in, repeated AC problem, late-night room change, and lack of response to our request made our stay uncomfortable.
