Nice apartment. Recommended

The apartment is nicely styled and beautiful. Receptionist was very kind. We enjoyed our stay.

The main feature of the apartment is the bathtub, but the boiler is not big enough to fulfil it with hot water

A cosy, arty room that almost feels like a romantic mini-apartment in the heart of Podił.

The staff is amazing. The attention to detail is stunning. The design of both the room and the whole hotel is very pleasant and make the experience quite unique. On top of that, the location is ideal if you want to experience the 'old city' district.

There's nothing we didn't like. Two things that could be useful to know for future travellers, though. As you probably already read elsewhere, prices in the hotel (breakfast, minibar, cocktails) are slightly higher than the average Kyiv prices. This is absolutely not a problem because the place is literally surrounded by cafes, bars and places where you can eat. So it's totally your choice. We didn't test their products so we can't judge the quality, but judging from the care in everything else I am sure they're amazing. One last important note: there is no lift. If you're not bothered (like us), then book the "Art room" on the top floor, which is a small jewel for couples. But if that's important to you, then you probably want to ask for rooms on lower floors.

Gorgeous Location in One of the Most Beautiful Parts of Kyiv - Absolutely Recommended!

It was my first stay in this hotel and I absolutely loved it! My partner and I were feeling so great in this small boutique hotel and there is absolutely nothing we could complain about. The room was extremely lovely having an amazing charm (and very clean as well). There were 3 options of breakfast to choose from and the food was really yummy! Special and huge Thank You goes to Arthur (receptionist) and the whole hotel team, who helped us so well in organising a taxi to/from hotel and gave us valuable tips for exploring Kyiv. Also would like to mention the location of the hotel, which just can't be better: in the past I stayed in different parts of Kyiv, however spending a few nights next to Andrejevskij Uzviz with a number of great restaurants is really a special experience (you also have to try "Ohota na Ovets" Asian Restaurant, which is just next to the hotel as well as "Kanapa" for modern and authentic Ukrainian food). Certainly not the last time we spent in this hotel - EXTREMELLY recommended!

A nice boutique hotel perfect for those who do not plan to work at all while visiting Kyiv

A small, boutique hotel in the very heart of Podil, close to the Andreevsky Uzviz. Stylish, big enough rooms

1. There was no work desk (even a small one) in the room, which is something expected in every hotel room. 2. Our room was fine, but it faced the street, and you could hear every car passing by when you opened a window during the night. 3. It was problematic to park a rental car for the night - the hotel has no reserved parking spaces at all, which is a global problem with almost any location in Vozdvizhenska street.

A very tidy, neat and creatively decorated boutique hotel!

Perfect place to stay with your beloved one. Pop Dog room - excellent choice. Creatively decorated. During night you can play around with light due to interesting reflections from walls, glasses and lamps. Staff very friendly and location just perfect, as well as many great places around to hang out, right in the heart of the city.

The only thing I might look into changing (as otherwise it is entirely great) could be plants and flowers as my personal choice would be live flowers and plants (i.e. in pots rather than fake plants), but you would never notice as it looks very nice anyway.

Fabulous place, cozy and stylish

We've spent a night here as a just married couple, it was perfect, the room looked gorgeous and the hotel administrator was very kind

Don't drink the champaign unless you want to pay for it 30 USD (we've made a mistake, we thought it was a gift) :)

Very small and cozy hotel with a cool designing and atmosphere with poor breakfast.

The interior design is very unusual. As I understand every room has a different design. The hotel is small but very cozy. The location is good if you are a tourist. For business trip I would choose another place.

The breakfast I didn't like at all. I would say it's better to skip breakfast in the hotel and have it in any coffee places around. There are so many nice coffee places in the area. Lightning - i was missing a soft light. It was only bright and very bright lightening. Shower - we had a water heater in our room. It was not enough hot water for both of us. One should wait for 10 -15 minutes before the water warms up enough.

Place is a little overpriced for the value

Bedding is lower quality then expected, cheap sheets and pillows. Location is on The noisy small street that u can hear the traffic in the morning, because the street is from cobblestones. Staff is friendly , location is good for food and nightlife .
