Very close to beach in cul-de-sac (you can hear waves before 5am roosters wake you up), clean (they actually mop the floor daily), offstreet parking, economic alternative if you can live with limitations
No ac (disclosed), kitchen and bathroom shared, you are basically renting a spartan room with ceiling fan in a multiplex rambler where one side has 4br (up to 3 bedrooms were for short-term rent when i was there)

The location was perfect, a short walk to the beach. The house itself is so cute and the staff were extremely friendly.
I had a bit of a hard time sleeping -- pillows weren't what I needed but no biggie.

I really liked the price and how clean everything was. The front porch was nice, the location was nice, and I loved the convenience of the beach being a 2 minute walk away. In the morning I could hear the waves from my window.
It’s not the fault of the accommodation itself, but the surrounding area was noisy at night.

It’s ok. You get what you pay for. The host are very kind and helpful.
But be aware, you are not renting the house, you’re renting rooms.
