Location, size of the property and especially plenty of parking.
No welcome pack at all. The bathrooms need a bit of a deep clean especially the black mould within the showers.
To many twin rooms.

Property was spacious warm and clean, fully equipped kitchen.
Property is booked out by Sykes holidays, tried numerous times to message and ring got no response

The farm and the animals. One staff member taught us table tennis. Hot tub and wood fired sauna was awesome.

The kitchen was well stocked of utensils and crockery the hub of the house. The hot tub, sauna and bbq was great and good fun for all the family. Location was good
The immediate grounds could have been tider and much better kept. It was quite overgrown all round and inside there were several lights not working and the lounge area was dull and uninviting. The chairs and accessories in the and conservatory were shabby.
Surrounding privacy was a bit strange. The house and other chalets for let extremely close to each other.
