The facility was very spacious, well equipped and clean. We liked the friendly gesture of tea/coffee and cakes. The location was superb as well.

The location was great, the large spacious bedrooms. Comfy beds. The welcome tea and coffee and cake.
The kitchen needed to be cleaner,the oven wasn’t clean or the oven trays. The house had lots of cobwebs and dust around it.The conservatory door didn’t unlock so we couldn’t have the door open! The property would benefit from being updated. The curtains were in bad shape poorly hung from the rails. The microwave needs replacing.
The drains need looking at each time the shower was used the smell of drains flooded the living room. The outdoor furniture need some TLC. The wooden widow sill outside needs replacing.

Good location and view as situated on a steep hill. Parking appreciated as the road is narrow and steep and parking at a premium. Typical basic Welsh stone cottage, with lovely wood burning fire. Some issues whilst there but friendly owner sorted very quickly.
Ideally situated for more agile people as steep stairs and various steps outside. Bathroom very small with shower over bath so getting in a out a problem if mobility issues. Needs a refresh and a good clean and air after each use.
