Lovely quiet area. Close to A1 to get to places.
Comfy beds and very well equipped kitchen, sofa reclines too! Lovely little garden with bird feeder and outdoor seating.
The stairs are very steep so wouldn't be suitable if you have physical limitations.

Location, the birds and location. Ease of travel to beaches. Views of the countryside.
My partner thought the man-made fibres in the duvet and pillows made her very hot during the night. I was fine.

Very peaceful location. Lovely garden to sit and listen to the birds.
Too many sets of cutlery/crockery in different places. Perhaps better organisation of this would help.
