The hotel is clean and the staff are friendly and helpful.
The WiFi password was not given upon check-in. I could have asked for it, but I think it should either be given at check-in or left in the room. Also, you need to leave the door sign for the room to be cleaned or for the towels to be changed. I did not realise this until the second day.

The beds are soft and comfortable
That there isn't an outside door lock that guests can open with their keys if we come back late. We had to stand in the rain until the night watch unlocked the door.
