Great place. I have ordered a taxi for a fixed time, but he cancelled in the last minute. The receptionist took me with her car to my meeting to not miss it. Thanks again for your kindness!

Staff were lovely at reception and in the restaurant. We were celebrating an anniversary so our room had a beautiful view over the lake. Meal in the restaurant was very good the night of our arrival and they kept the kitchen open to allow us to eat after our journey.
Breakfast was good first day.
Location was good for the concert that we were attending in Kerkrade.
Breakfast 2nd day was not good. Hot food was not replenished quickly and we had to ask 3 times for it. Also, no fruit and we were told that they had run out!
Beds were too soft for us but that is a personal thing.
There was also a design fault in the bathroom as every time we showered there was a puddle on the floor, not sure what was going on!!

The hotel is located in a quiet area. We received a double-room appartement with bedroom and living room including a little basic kitchen and an eating table.
The breakfast was in a non-heated room (at 3°C outside temperature). While the selection of food was quite broad, the quality of the meal was much below the expected level.
