Lovely little hotel, stayed whilst visiting family so ideal location.
Bar times a little later would have been a great bonus.

you can say we loved everything , the make our arrival welcome , the lady at the front desk got out and lead us to our room and showed us the pool and other utilities at the hotel, the room was bigger than our need and was cleaned daily with now towels, the rooms are with air-conditions and the pool was a foot step from our room , in the morning there was a contour breakfast with cappuccino in demand as we liked as much we asked . overall it was a delight to stay at san luca hotel

The hotel itself is clean. It's somewhat outdated in design, but comfortable. The breakfast was good. Staff were OK - reception were efficient and nice enough, but not particularly warm or friendly. It wasn't the customer service experience I was expecting. The staff in the cafe were OK. The pool was lovely and the actual hotel was pretty. The hotel was at the far end of the town and it was a long walk to restaurants other than Pizzerias. Some places you cannot walk safely to and need a car or cab. The beach is not walking distance and that was a real disappointment as a cab there cost 30 euros each way. Buses appear to be unreliable.
The restaurant was not allergy/vegetarian friendly. My daughter had limited choice. It was quite a noisy hotel with lots of events in the evening. No tea/coffee making facilities in the room was disappointing. This was not a 4 star hotel in my view. I didn't like that reception kept my passport.
