De hospitality. Bereidheid tot hulp. Beantwoorden van vragen. Vriendelijke bediening bij het ontbijt.
Niets. We wilden zelf een upgrade van de kamer. Zij hebben dit allemaal geregeld op 1 vraag van ons. Bagage, schoonmaak ect.

Struttura, camere, piscina, posizione: insomma, tutto il necessario per un soggiorno eccellente. Ma ciò che rende ancor più speciale il tutto è l’attenzione verso il cliente, vero mantra per tutto il soggiorno: nulla è lasciato al caso e si viene coccolati dal primo all’ultimo minuto in struttura. Complimenti!
Praticamente nulla. Dovendo trovare un ‘difetto’ probabilmente segnalerei i prezzi del menu alla carta per la cena: un pelo alti ma pietanze comunque di qualità.
