Reception staff were friendly and extremely helpful – including parking our car for us in the subterranean garage. The bed and bedding were very good. We were recommended a very good local restaurant and given a 10% discount card. Breakfast was very good.
The bathroom was good, apart from the rather cramped placement of the toilet.

Staff were delightful. Helped me into the car park and were efficient checking in. Room clean and comfortable and a decent size. Room was well insulated from noise.
The hotel needs to identify the exact location of the hotel and the car park more clearly on the website. It is difficult to stop the car anywhere near and the car park is entered between parked ambulances, which is not obvious. The car park is locked and so you need to park and get someone to let you in. Parking in the area is in short supply so book a place in advance. Having said all that the car park is safe and off the road. The area is very busy with cars, pedestrians and motorbikes.

Close to Savonna Port.
Friendly staff and clean rooms.
We were upgraded on arrival which was a nice touch.
The pool needed cleaning so we were unable to use it.

Very nice, friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast and nice bathroom. The aircon did its job. And very good location a short stones throw from a typical italian umbrella-congested lido.
The hotel is a bit worn down and in need of some freshening up. It has a crammed pool area which weirdly enough is closed during siesta-hours. Therefore Garden hotel is just ok and not excellent value for money, at least not during peak season when ltalian prices go through the roof. And 4 stars...not really!
