Location, Front desk staff, main pool, comfortable bed
The furniture is outdated and in need of refurbishment. The dining room staff were unfortunately far from service-oriented and did not provide the level of hospitality one would expect. The housekeeping staff also seemed poorly trained, and the standard of room cleaning was well below expectations.

Location, quietness, relaxing
Some of the dinning members need to be trained on how to be more customer oriented.
Only one restaurant was open during my stay.

Everything ! It was such a pleasure staying there! Breathtaking property, views , rooms, very well maintained , lovely staff !!
Would be great if there were more options for snacks in the pool cafeteria. Other than that nothing !

Very comfortable room and nice staff
The food was really terrible. Tiny portions which normally would be annoying but the food was so awful that it didn’t matter. Kids were running around playing remote control cars in the bar and dining area which was less than relaxing - no ambience.
