Petit séjour en amoureux parfait...

Chambre très bien et équipement suffisants (sèche cheveux, échantillons, serviettes). Propre. Personnel souriant, chaleureux et réactif. Petit déjeuner complet, sucré/salé, pour tous les goûts et envies. Emplacement parfait au coeur d'Oostende, facile d'accès, desservi par de nombreux parkings souterrain, en moyenne 5 min à pieds.

badkamer : toiletbril lag los en geen echte douche (met handsproeier maar kon hem alleen maar ophangen) Haardroger: knop ingedrukt houd voor haar te drogen en draad gaf niet mee (heel moeilijk)

Excellent will book again

This was a perfect budget hotel. Room was spotlessly clean, friendly staff and a good buffet breakfast, well stocked. The location is superb - next to the square and shops/restaurants and a 5 min walk to the seafront.

Rooms are basic - no hairdryer or kettle but for the price - who cares. There were hot and cold drinks machines in the reception area.

We hadden een fijne driedaagse in Oostende maar het hotel was daar geen bepalende factor voor.

Locatie. Rustige omgeving.Ontbijt basic maar voldoende, geen groenten.

Kleine badkamer. Bedden werden niet opgemaakt. Personeel nogal afstandelijk.

Heel lekker ontbijt. Desondanks het in de winkelstraat was. Hadden we geen last van lawaai

Mauvaise aventure de l'hôtel

Le bruit du couloir. Le bruit de douche de autre chambre. . Pas de savon pour la douche . Le bidon était vide. . L'accueil est déplaisant. La chambre n'était pas encore nettoyer a 15hr. Quand je suis rentré dans la chambre il y avait déjà une tasse sur la table. J'ai demandé pour avoir une autre chambre. Il voulait que je paye un supplément pour avoir une autre chambre que je n'ai pas accepter. Comme quoi il n'y avait plus de chambre disponible J'ai donc accepté la chambre qu'il m'a donné au début . La salle de bain est petit

Good central location

Right in the centre so easy access to the beach and most things in Ostend all in walking distance too. Good selection at breakfast too. Easy walk to and from Station

Was bitten by I think mosquitos should there be anti mosquito plugs in rooms ?

The location is the best part.

Room was crammed as much as possible so it is good for one night stay. Not very comfortable for a longer stay

The hotel lived up to my expectations. I asked for a quiet room and was not disturbed in the least

Location was excellent. The Kursaal was closer by than I had expected

The room was really cold when I arrived. Maybe they could have had the heating on low

Not a lot

The rooms were dismal and not very bright .The beds were on wheels and the mattresses were bigger than the bed base . So if you turned over in the night the you ended up on face down on the floor with the matress on top of you. It was dangerous.

Superb

Location. Price/quality. Breakfast. Clean rooms. I loved staying here during Christmas Holidays. Lovely atmosphere in the city centre and Winter in the Park.

Amazing location

Location is perfect, it's at the main street and 2 minutes from the beach. There was a problem at our bathroom but the receptionist repaired it immediately. The restaurant is lovely.

The WiFi is unusable and the walls of the room are very thin.

Room was clean. Heating in the room worked well. Location is excellent.

You hear everything, every step and every movement from next rooms are as if would be in yours.

The location is great. Breakfast is good value for money

Unfortunately, it was super cold and the heating system was not working properly, which was informed to us late at night, when we had no other options. We were given extra blankets 🙂 The bathroom has a sliding door that does not close completely. Finally, and worst, the bathroom was filthy. There were old soaps and shampoo bottles in the shower.

Great location, great beds

• Great location in one of the shopping streets of Ostend. Very close to the beach and restaurants/bars. • I slept very well in the great beds. • Although it's located in the centre of Ostend, I hardly heard noises from the streets • The breakfast buffet was extensive

• The shower didn't run well. There was a piece of soap stuck in the drain, among other things. • The staff at the reception was polite, but not friendly: no smile, no 'good evening' (for me personally, this is a dealbreaker)

ideal for a short stay central to shops

Stayed in a budget room, sufficient for 1 night stay - adequate shower/bathroom faculties abet a little on the small side. Central location to shops with a short walk to the beach breakfast selection was varied and adequate

Corridor echoes which resulted in hearing continuous footsteps from other guests and doors being closed etc. Pillows on the small side. No restaurant on site however due to the location choice was offered in other establishments
