I have previously written, many times, in praise of this small hotel. This time the greeting was abrupt and impersonal. The room, designated for disabled guests, was awful in comparison to the normal rooms. A small window and very simple worktop with poor light. When we used the shower, with just a shower curtain, it flooded the bathroom! Towels were old.
