The location, quality and above all, service were great! Alessandro, who manages the hotel was extremely helpful on hotel matters as well as helping with other needs we had whilst traveling.

The Hotel Swimming pool. The reception was also very good. It reduce the bad impact we had when we discover that restaurant was not open in a sunday night.
The hotel was not what we were looking for. We want a very nice 24hr stay in a excellent hotel before back home. But the hotel facility was not exactly what we are looking for. It includes, lack of restaurant, the quality of the restaurant, services and spa itself. Also, we went by taxi, what make us to carry on food to be able to eat

i enquired about the restaurants in the area since we were looking for something ‘simple’ … we were told that there were no restaurants in the local vicinity, and that we should reserve at the hotel restaurant since it would be likely that it was fully reserved. Bottom line is, we were one of 4 tables for a very average but pricey dinner that had little in the way of choice. …
This so that some guy at the front desk can make his bonus?… what a pity, why the hard sell?
Just to make it really clear… one can lie at the pool all afternoon…but getting a beer at the pool, it is self service! …and the same is true of the second beer. It really is not that difficult. Again…such a pity!
Clearly not a family business. Italian families know full well that “a business exists to create a customer”. Not the case here.
