The hotel is in a fantastic location right in the old town, making it perfect for exploring the historic centre of Limburg on foot. The rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable, and overall we had a pleasant stay. Although there was a mix-up with our booking on arrival, the staff resolved it professionally during check-out, which we appreciated.
For the price, we would have expected complimentary tea and coffee-making facilities in the room, but none were provided. The TV in one of our rooms had no signal throughout our stay, and as a family of six we were only given four sets of towels, which was a little inconvenient.

Convenient on edge of old town. Cool in heat wave. Staff v helpful. Secure parking.
If you reserve a parking space follow the directions right to the front door in the pedestrian zone or you’ll have extra circuits of the one way system!

The hotel is located a short walk from the train station at the start of the altstadt. The Christmas market is just outside but our room is still quiet.
Two of the three table lamps were not working. Lack of electric sockets. The socket for the desk area is under the desk so you need to be on your hands and knees to reach it. The room is quite small. The only place for your luggage is the desk. The shower head is loose and flops about. The TV controller just has basic functions so you can't bring up the TV guide.
I expected better for the price.
