Not only that my expectations were exceeded, but this is my 1st ever "all excellent" score. Well done. One thing to mention, i am a returning customer, although my last stay was before covid, the hotel was under different name and management.

The big rooms. It was very comfortable.
The breakfast was very limited. Many items were missing, and it was not a good. You have to order something, and most of the items on the plate were cold (the eggs, the bacon, mushrooms).

Nice size room and separate wc a bonus
The staff were generally inattentive and unhelpful. Constantly on their phones!
Breakfast was mayhem. Couldn’t wait to get out so didn’t bother eating.
Phone in the room didn’t work. No coat hangers in the wardrobe. No view from balcony. Used durex wrapper on the floor.
