Property had plenty parking, room was fine, food excellent.
Technical problem beyond the staffs control meant no hot water. Steps to room steep something to be aware off

The location ,handy for race course.
Very dated needs good referb, food in the evening not all that good,after travelling all afternoon very disappointed,facilities in room a little limited.

In the country side, overlooking fields.
It was tired, it has potential to be fantastic, but it clearly needs money to be spent on it to make it work
