Receptionist was brilliant, kind and courteous, she went out of her way to ensure our issues were attended too immediately. The amount of towels and bathmats was superb, addition of hand cleaner, shampoo and conditioner was excellent. Rooms having kettle and microwave was appreciated, reverse cycle airconditionong was great at the 3° morning temperature, the room was warm.
Uncleaned microwave had pizza from previous gueat and smelled bad. Rooms need glassware, not just cups. Curtains appear to need repairs as they have come off hooks. Door lock definitely needs Locksmith as it is.very difficult to open with key and locknfrom inside with locking knob (room 12).
