What a dream it was to stay at Torre Palombara. The property is absolutely stunning and Leonardo is the best host anyone could hope for - so attentive and caring for his guests, he made sure we had everything we needed including local sightseeing recommendations and the best places for dinner in the region. Special mention also to Natalia and Julia, who were both so delightful and prepared the most beautiful breakfast overlooking the valley each morning. ❤️

We spent five unforgettable days at Torre Palombara and honestly can’t recommend it highly enough. We stayed in the suite, and every moment felt special. The property is a genuine piece of history, a 15th century tower lovingly restored over the years, and Leonardo has a real gift for bringing the story of the house to life. Listening to him is part of the magic.
The views over the Umbrian hills are simply breathtaking, and the setting is extraordinarily peaceful, it’s wonderfully quiet, the kind of stillness that’s hard to find. Everything is also spotlessly clean and beautifully kept. Leonardo, Katrin and their wonderful team, Natalia and Giulia, looked after us with warmth and care from start to finish. On our last evening he even prepared a barbecue and other Italian dishes for us, a perfect end to the stay.
If I could rate this place higher than 10, I would. There’s truly nothing more you could ask for. If you want history, beauty, tranquillity, and heartfelt Italian hospitality all in one place, this is it.

This is the most beautiful and peaceful property and location with exceptional views. Leonardo is the best host imaginable and his team are equally hospitable. The dinner that Leonardo prepared was exceptionally nice, served on the grounds with a fantastic view across the valley. The breakfast is also fantastic although I would have liked a choice of breads. A thoroughly recommended place. I certainly hope to return.

Leonardo and his partner were exceptional hosts. We felt so welcomed and at home as soon as we arrived. The hotel has been curated beautifully. We loved the pool area and enjoying the sunset from the terrace with a glass of wine. We hope to come back again soon!
